The Executive Committee of Black Culture on Parade wishes to invite you to participate in our 3rd annual Parade and Festival this year! The purpose of the parade is to showcase and share with the citizens of Greater Cleveland, the many cultures of Africans in the Diaspora who live in the city of Cleveland and it's surrounding areas.

Imagine for a moment, people of African decent from the Americas, the Caribbean, Continental Africa, the West Indies and Virgin Islands, Europe and the Pacific Islands parading through downtown Cleveland, then completing the day with song, food and celebration. We are in the process of making plans for our Parade and Festival, which will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2008.

This year's honorees are the Peoples of Africa and the African Diaspora.

The festival will include vendors, both food and non-food. Amateur and professional entertainers from various countries, cultural exhibits, art and artifacts, health information and screening booths, children's activities, as well as educational and inspirational lectures.

Again, we extend an invitation to you to be a part of this magnificent cultural celebration! You have the option to become a sponsor, vendor, group or individual participant. Parade participants can register by using the Parade Participant Registration Form. You can become a benefactor and supporter of this event by giving an annual donation to help defray the costs associated with the parade and festival.

There is no entry fee to participate in the parade, but donations are welcomed. Donations can be made by credit card on this site or by check or money order using the form contained in the Full Registration Packet or click here for more details online.

In these Web pages, you will find a Vendor Business Conference Registration Form along with other important information. Please submit your registration form and fees no later than July 18, 2008. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us by phone at 216-921-2892 by email or online.

We look forward to hearing from you soon. Help us to make the Third Annual Black Culture International Parade & Festival a great success through your participation!

Sincerely yours,
